No amentmant can be reapealed, they are ALL both restrictive and declatory:

THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.

The BOR restricts the Government from taking our God Given rights, if one can be repealed, they will all be eventually repealed.

“two avenues for the “right to bear arms” to be eviscerated, and to be clear I am not advocating for that in this article.”

As a legislator and I am always interested in people's opinions. This is a thought experiment; a hypothetical. There are no right or wrong answers.

What would you do if all of the requirements of Article V of the Constitution were met and the Second Amendment was repealed?

What would you do if the Second Amendment was effectively repealed by a US Supreme Court ruling that the right to bear arms does apply to an individual, but only individuals in a militia?

If the defense of the Second Amendment rests in reference to the Constitution as it stands now, what argument would you use if the Constitution was changed to no longer protect the individual right to bear arms?

As a law abiding gun owner, would you give up your guns? What do you think would happen to violent crime rates, accidental shootings and suicides?

Would you follow the new law of the land that was legitimately established, just as laws allowing the possession of a firearm have been legitimately established?

If the SCOTUS were to "rule" I would ignore it....and start a drive to have them impeached, removed, and imprisoned.

I would not surrender any weapons for any reason.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

As much as most politicians hate America with its Constitution and Bill of Rights, I don’t think they would dare try this. It would be the opening shot in Civil War II.

Hellers attorneys were Neily, Levy, Healy, Possessery, Huff, and Alan Gura who actually argued the Heller case before the Supreme Court.
I assume you mean lead attorney Alan Gura.

The Second Amendment is key to the entire Bill of Rights. If the Court voided it and confiscation began, the government would have to void the provisions against unreasonable search and seizure, right to assembly, prohibition of self incrimination, the right to a speedy trial and free speech just to get the job done. It would usher in a authoritarian government as ruthless as any a country of our size has seen.

There would be a lot of people who would see opportunity in such a world so we can’t just assume it won’t happen. The Presidency is critically important this time around as is keeping the Senate.

Our rights are NOT up for a vote.

The 2nd Amendment affirms a preexisting right rather than conferring a new one. The right to keep and bear arms existed prior to the 2nd Amendment's ratification and would remain if it were repealed.

If one right can be voted out of existence then all can be voted out of existence. No thank you.

Short answer DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

We undoubtedly have the finest military in the world. However, all the tanks, jets and artillery would be useless fighting a vastly superior number of guerrillas.

The 2ND Amendment can not be repealed. It is part of the Bill of Rights.

It can no more be repealed than can the 1st, 4th, 5th, etc.
