I wonder which candidate has promised Huckabee a cabinet post? Huckabee really dislikes him some Ted Cruz.
Trump really has no choice but to skip. No one willing walks into an ambush against a worthy adversary. And the Murdock empire (Fox News, etc) is a worthy adversary. Fox was going to go all out for the kill and I predict they still will.
I wonder if they will have the empty podium or let someone from the under card in. They have the empty podium they are going for the kill.

I guess the GOPe in whole or part has two enemies, Cruz and Trump. People like Huckabee are in this to divert conservative support from Cruz and attack or discredit Cruz.
