Self-actuation is not a point of singularity. It is a point that falls on a bell curve. The center of mass of that bell curve and the volume within a given distance are what wins elections.

There are those that give all because that fulfills their spiritual need. There are those that take all because that fulfills their spiritual needs. People s needs can be different. I am not advancing moral equivalency here. I'm just saying that differences exist to the extreme
