One of the strangest battles of Election 2016 is not Donald Trump vs. Ted Cruz or Hillary Clinton vs. Bernie Sanders, or even Jeb Bush vs. Marco Rubio. The squabble everyone is talking about pits Trump, the mercurial businessman who wants to be president of the United States, and Megyn Kelly, the rising star of Fox News and one of the most fearsome interviewers on the airwaves

After the first debate when Trump made a fool out of her, she went home and pouted and disappeared because she knew he got her.
Trump went right back out on the trail.
It isn’t fear of Kelly, he just knows the little witch has a grudge.
Maybe she can get Britt Hume to console her. He has many times before and in oh so many ways.
Alligators are terrified of bunnies, evidently.
He’s not afraid of Ms. Kelly: he’s just feeling his oats and testing his campaign lines to see the responses.
Why is Donald Trump afraid of Megyn Kelly?

A straw man is a common form of argument and is an informal fallacy based on giving the impression of refuting an opponent’s argument, while actually refuting an argument which was not advanced by that opponent.[1]
The so-called typical “attacking a straw man” argument creates the illusion of having completely refuted or defeated an opponent’s proposition by covertly replacing it with a different proposition (i.e., “stand up a straw man”) and then to refute or defeat that false argument (”knock down a straw man”) instead of the original proposition.[2][3]
This technique has been used throughout history in polemical debate, particularly in arguments about highly charged emotional issues where a fiery, entertaining “battle” and the defeat of an “enemy” may be more valued than critical thinking or understanding both sides of the issue.
In the United Kingdom the argument is also known as an Aunt Sally, after the pub game of the same name where patrons throw sticks or battens at a model of an old woman’s head.[4][5]
“TRUMP is messing with FOX.”
It is all about keeping in the news. Part of art of the deal.
He’s been doing it for a while.
No matter how often you exterminate, there will always be a roach or two left.
Precisely. It essentially diminishes the 'gotcha' potential before the debate even occurs.
Have you met humblegunner?
Heâs not afraid of her. Moderators are supposed to be neutral. She launched the National Review Trump attack on her show a week before the debate.
Is “Blasting News” even “media”?
“Mr. Trump most certainly is not afraid of the little bird legged lemon tart from some third rate law school in the wilds of upstate New York.”
She graduated from a very reputable law school.
You come off as an Ivy League elitist snob.
.
You nailed it! The author is flat out wrong, and biased for Megyn. We all saw that Trump wasn't flustered; it was Megyn and she did indeed pout and went into hiding and off the air for a while. Trump was out there on trail, while a replacement went on the air for Megyn. All the blogs, especially Megyn's own twitterings had nasty comments about her! This article is all about trying to repaint history, covering for her.
She is a clueless giggling moron who was on a witchhunt to say nasty things to Trump that had no relevance to foreign or domestic affairs in politics. Very unprofessional emotional opinionated moonbat operating at a schoolgirl level, no deep probing questions at all.
Got it! Have I said it yet,... TRUMP is a genius.
What idiot writes stuff like this? Obviously one who can’t even spell strategery...
Trump can’t lose. He’s put Kelly and FNC on notice, any shenanigans and he will pummel them relentlessly and every other media outlet will help him do it.
If they play it straight, he’s got a fair and balanced platform and is on his own, which is all he asked for in the first place.
Get it now?
Mr. Trump most certainly is not afraid of the little bird legged lemon tart from some third rate law school in the wilds of upstate New York.
“Bird legged lemon tart”. Nicely phrased!
Doo tell.
The Fox statement “Fair and Balanced” is a leftist ploy to put leftist talking points and black money and power demands before the viewing public.
blasting news must be Marcus’ blasting blog that he repeated pimps.
He posts and runs....typical of the blasted blog pimps.
