If you are using Windows you can go to the system restore program and restore your system to last point in time offered just before they accidental download.

'System restore' is a rather drastic step for something that can be resolved simply by UNINSTALLING IT THEN RESTARTING YOUR COMPUTER.

I don't know much about computers. Question I have is, if you do a system restore does it get rid of any pictures or documents you have on your computer?
