B. If they haven’t made O-6 (COL) or E-8 (Master Sergeant) by 26 years in service, they aren’t likely to make General or CSM. Retirement vests at 20 years (50%) and tops out at 30 yrs (75%). These leaders are all well past the retirement line, in some way.
I have to believe that every member of the Joint Chiefs was nominated after being vetted by “Obama’s people.” This means they support in words and actions, all the policies and initiatives that Obama’s people want. If Obama “humiliated” them at the SOTU, what did they expect? They’ve been his puppets all along.
These upper brass are military politicos. They kissed it to get there...many times.
By taqiyya they mix just fine.
Tell us how much you personally sacrificed, taking your family down with you, and you can speak about them with the flippancy of ignorance. Until then , STFU.

Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate (even if he's "rich enough to do it on his own") as the next President.
I donate to the candidate I support and you should too, else, your "support" really doesn't have any meaning.
It's even worse if you use FR and don't donate. If you are one of those who feel it's OK to use FR daily w/o helping pay to keep the lights on, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches because, functionally, you are no different than any other who enjoys the fruits of others' work for your own benefit. Also, don't be surprised if others decide that your opinions are as worthless as your non-donations - hypocrites aren't worth listening to.
PS - If you are one of those unlucky few who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....

3 good generals should step forward and remove the Muslim Marxist and try him for treason plus a dozen other crimes. In addition, one general for each branch of government to remove and jail the criminals sitting in power. Anyone willfully violating the Constitution is a criminal of the highest order.
