The question is, with all the democrat voter fraud expected (count on it) can Trump beat Clinton in a general election? I’m worried!

Trump is the only one with enough cross-over votes to be able to win against the democrat machine.

In yesterday’s FL poll he pulled in 39% of the black vote.

I think this article gives a good synopsis of your info.

snip
Mr. Trump’s Iowa director predicted that he would recruit a leader for each of the state’s
1,681 Republican precincts by Thanksgiving. Instead, the first major training session
for precinct leaders, heavily promoted in emails and conference calls, drew only about
80 people to West Des Moines last weekend, with about 50 participating online.

I think the photo with the article itself is a good indicator of a problem Trump has outside of the urban centers. Its an optical thing where Trump is on a stage separated from the people while Ted Cruz puts himself in direct contact with them.

My sincerest advice for Donald Trump would be to ditch the arena events and get out to the small towns and create a more emotional bond with the people.

If he’s not creating an emotional bond with those amazing speeches he gives, and the obvious sincerity with which he gives them, I’m not sure what will.

In any case, I think it’s too dangerous for him to do much one-on-one with a crowd. He’s our best (and probably only) hope and he should be protected accordingly.

I’m sure Trump will take your heartfelt advice. NOT!

LOL...the CRuzbot hops on a Trump thread to pimp CRuz’s small rally numbers as advice, for HISTORIC GOP FRONTRUNNER Trump. LOL.

Is this the little event where CRuz had a piece of paper come near him and he took off running? No heartfelt ‘emotion’ with the people, as he skeedaddled out of there, real quickly like.

Trump spends at least 45 mins after every event shaking hands, talking....having direct contact with his crowds. That’s longer than CRuz’ entire ‘speech’ at his retirement home and pavilion events.

Go peddle your ‘advice’ on a CRuzette thread. Alpha man does not need advice about BetaBoy’s campaigns style :)

Oh please, just stop. Trump gets more at one rally than Cruz gets in a dozen.

Trump supporters aren’t against Cruz, well most aren’t. I think he’d be the best possible VP, if he’d just stop sounding like a politician.

Iowa is proportional. Trump is certain to leave the state with a good chunk.
Most of us have no problem with Cruz taking the lion share of Iowa, he’ll need it.

What I hear when I offer up to people that I like Cruz, is this exact quote...”He’s creepy.”

**************

Each does things differently but it’s hard to mingle in crowds of several thousand
but Trump does get down from the stage and mingle a bit or at least some that I’ve
watched.. The media isn’t focusing on that part as the talking heads are doing
their thing.

Each campaign is different and each event is different.

Key difference, Trump has more than enough Indys and Blue Dogs to cover any sour-grape-stay-at-home “Conservatives”. Romney didn’t.

He “bonds” as he works through the thousands on his way to and from the stage.

Cruz does not stand a chance in the general. Period. The same things Conservatives find most appealing, are the same things that will doom him in the general with Indy and moderates.

According to your numbers this will not have any impact: or most of the other candidates quit and their supporters go to to either Cruz or Rubio.

Trump will still win/have enough delegates.
