The spastic position of Trump's right arm in the second video is pretty darn close to the position caused by the reporter's disability. It's a pretty strange coincidence if it wasn't intentional.
I have seen the video in other threads. This hit piece is pure bovine excrement. He was mocking the reporter for backing out of a story from 14 years ago. No way was he mocking the reporter for his disability.
