Realistically, where is the budget point where the thing fails without Congress acting? End of 2017? And the odds of Congress (the Republicans) volunteering to act? Even to end it? I see this massive failure of the health care system to occur by 2020 and half of all Americans unable to afford even marginal insurance (which used to exist prior to episode).

OK. How about a health care lotto? PowerPill, instead of Powerball. People buy the equivalent of lotto tickets, and the prizes are things like ‘lifetime free medical care’, or lesser prizes like ‘Five years free prescriptions’. The money goes to the HHS to pay for the deficits racked up as a consequence of Obamacare.
