What first official response ? I thought it was deleted and rescinded because it was so unprofessional as to expose the company to a lawsuit.
The second official response apologized to Dov, saying Avis should have done better here. It was Avis' fault, not Dov's and Dov accepted the Avis apology.
It's amusing to watch the laser-like focus [other examples of which you mentioned in an earlier post] on the "two days before" factoid, while pretending that other instances of Bergwerk renting from the same branch don't exist.
Given that others on this threads felt free to create a strawman rich corporate bully, I'm going to feel free to create the antithesis:
Given that Bergwerk had been there many times before, and given that the "Angelline" [sic?] in the article was mentioned as a model of customer service on some of the prior Yelp postings, I'm going to surmise that there is a Muslim in the office who gave very recent instructions to others in the office to disrupt any Israelis who came in to the branch.
As to "very recent", this action was probably taken to show solidarity with the fellow co-religionists who shot up & bombed Paris.
Albuquerque. See, I can do it, too. Snorkel. [Riley Poole, National Treasuer] ;)
