Liberal judge who could have put cop killer in prison: Sorry!

Despite a long rap sheet, she thought rehab was a better place for him. Now a police officer is dead.

You didn’t hear a lot about the murder of New York police officer Randolph Holder, because #blacklivesdontmatter if they’re cops, and especially if the suspected killer is also black. That is of no use in furthering liberal narratives, and it also doesn’t help the news media in provoking one of its favorite things - race riots.

But there are a lot of reasons you should have heard about this murder, not least of which was the fact that the apparent killer never should have been on the streets in the first placd. With a long rap sheet, Tyrone Howard was a fairly obvious candidate for serious prison time when he was convicted six months before the murder of Officer Holder. But alas, there is this thing called a “drug diversion program,” which is designed to reduce the prison population and is based on the notion that drug criminals aren’t really dangerous. They just need help man.

He had been arrested 28 times and they couldn’t keep him locked up? When is enough enough liberals? You just except that there’s a career criminal class that gets to prey upon the innocent?

At least here in California we have a 3 strikes law, which of course liberals like this judge would hate. We only have a 3 strikes law here because we were able to vote for one through our proposition process. It passed with a large majority. Liberal judges here are still doing everything they can to null and void it though.

Can you sue a judge for a wrongful decision ultimately causing the death of a police officer or citizen? Clearly these liberal parasites have found a way to distance themselves from thier own responsibilities, much like hillda beast and bengahzi
