Carson and Trump are getting a dozen agents each. Thank God. The woeful lack of security at Trumps’ Norcross rally was frightening.

And trust me folks, I don’t care what color you are, it’s how you treat people that I judge my basic on....I give everyone a chance, you mess me up and your history...

Question: No doubt any threat made on the life of a President on the web, phone or by mail would be thoroughly investigated by FBI, Secret Service etc. A criminal offense with severe penalties. Are these present threats to Carson and Trump also investigated? Penalties?

They did have stories bout Obama getting threats, and others saying there was nothing unusual. I did not trust the stories then about his supposed threats :

Trump said the other day that he has his own body guards but wondered why he wasn’t getting the SS. He said O had them from day 1.

No, Obama didn't but why let that spoil Trump's story. The question I have is when did he request Secret Service protection? And was it before or after he complained that he didn't have it?
