It is not fair for an illegal to get lower tuition than a U.S. citizen. That is exactly what happens when an illegal in one state gets in state tuition but a citizen from the neighboring state has to be the higher price.
Squatters’ rights are better than citizens’ rights now. A student from LA or OK has to pay out-of-state rates to attend a state college in TX, but illegal aliens pay in-state tuition, thanks to Rick Perry and the ignorant TX legislature. the first state a decade ago to approve this outrage.
Then, I had an epiphany.
If *I* committed a felony, would the judge say, "He's a father, his kids would be adversely affected by any punishment, so we'll just skip that particular phase of the trial...." ?
Nope. "Lock him up and toss the key. Too bad, so sad, kids."
Once I figured that out, I've no more sympathy.
I haven’t been to Europe in the last 15 or 20 years….I also haven’t seen of heard of it happening there—but you seem to know more about it that I do.

That is silly. All they have to do is tell Admissions that they are Invading Barbarians and they will qualify for all sorts of financial aid.
Lets start with a conversation on standing. What standing does an illegal have to bring a tort or civil suit against a college to force the college to treat them better than a US Citizen?

These leftist indoctrination centers of lower learning (colleges) should just waive tuitions for all illegals. They teach the joys of leftist societies so why not practice what they preach and give them free education? Because they want the taxpayers to fund their communisms and by legalized enforcements of law.
Call them ‘tyrants’ the whole cabal of leftist hypocrites’. They won’t lose their evil dollars but the citizens are fair game.
