Governor Jerry Brown just sold out the American vote in California. He signed a new version of the Motor Voter Act that will register every eligible California citizen who acquires a driver’s license or renews a license at the Department of Motor Vehicles to vote.
This is after he made all illegal aliens eligible for diver’s licenses. Eleven states allow illegal aliens to get driver’s licenses.
In California, state officials “specifically chose not to make noncitizen license holders searchable in their DMV database,” said True the Vote spokesman Logan Churchwell, who called the newly signed bill “unprecedented.”
The measure, Assembly Bill 1461, “will effectively change the form of governance in California from a Republic whose elected officials are determined by United States citizens and will guarantee that noncitizens will participate in all California elections going forward,” Election Integrity Project of California President Linda Paine said in a statement.
It appears to be unconstitutional.
This is what conservatives were afraid of and this is just one more example of a conspiracy theory come true. It will undoubtedly ramp up voter fraud in California.
California’s Secretary of State feels differently
“In a free society, the right to vote is fundamental,” said Secretary of State Alex Padilla. “The New Motor Voter Act will make our democracy stronger by removing a key barrier to voting for millions of California citizens.”
According to the Secretary of State’s Office, 6.6 million residents are eligible to vote in California but are not registered.
California becomes the second state after Oregon to adopt an automatic voter registration system.
Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote has been very concerned that non-citizens will determine who becomes the next president.
Catherine Engelbrecht has been exploring the issue state by state and has found that there are two issues.
One is the physical appearance of the driver’s license issued to illegals that affects the ability of the poll worker to determine an illegal voter.
The second, and the more serious, is the data underlying the issuance of the ID.
In many of the larger states, California being one, there is no distinction between the databases of citizens and non-citizens. There is nothing to prevent the illegal aliens from voting. There is no way to tell a citizen from a non-citizen. “In other words, the flood gates are open,” Engelbrecht says.
Ms. Engelbrecht points out that once it is no longer necessary to prove citizenship in order to vote, elections become little more than body counts at the polls, with no need to compete on the battlefield of ideas necessary to win, you’re “just dragging people across the finish line.”

The communists already have California wrapped up anyway. We just have to keep a close eye on the other 49 and make sure they take their elections a lot more seriously than the fruits, nuts and flakes in California take theirs.

Exactly what I’m wondering. The acceleration of these outrages seems to be exponential, not linear. Makes one wonder exactly where the “action point” will be, if there ever is one. Also, where we’ll be in six months at this rate.

Not a federal election. The States each have an election. If there was Fed election, there would be a federal ballot and we’d elect the president directly. Not the case.

How did Padilla get from noncitizens (illegal aliens) to ‘California citizens’?

What’s this Federal Election stuff you speak of?
I live in Commiefornia. Motor Voter was the biggest Voter Fraud scheme ever to be enacted. Now Moonbeam made it even worse by signing this new enhanced Motor Voter Bill.
Before the new Law, anyone given a CA Driver’s License was given a Motor Voter form to fill out if they wanted to Register to Vote. They sign it under penalty of Perjury.
In nearly 20 Years, nobody has been charged with that Crime.
There are no systems in place to verify the Citizenship of the person turning in the Form. The CA DMV is an unofficial Immigration Department. Show up with an altered or fake Birth Certificate, you get a Driver’s License, the Right to Vote and the Right to sit on a Trial Jury.
The new Law grants Automatic Voter Registration, unless the person wants to opt out. Like that would happen.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Automatic Voter Registration default was Democrat. Nothing here is surprising anymore.
This means California is not going to be in compliance with the Real ID Act. Therefore, Californians who wish to travel by air will not be allowed to board commercial aircraft without a passport or some other official ID other than driver’s license. If the feds don’t enforce this, the real ID act shouldn’t apply to any state.
This is treason against the United States of America.
It is against the law for non citizens to vote in federal elections but it is also against the law to be in this country illegally. The Democrats urge this lawbreaking and the Republicans do not have the balls to do anything about it. So adios USA.
