Fact #1: Santorum has been talking about REDUCING immigration since I can remember. He gets A+ from me.
Fact #2: Trump is the ONLY presidential candidate for 2016 who dares use the word “DEPORT”. You can look with a microscope, and you will not find it on other candidate’s web sites or speeches.
Fact #3: Immigration, legal and illegal is the single biggest cause for drop in middle class wages. Why pay a computer programmer $100k if you can get a dozen programmers willing to work for $50k from India on H1-B visa’s?
I came here as a grad student for master’s degree in engineering. I had to jump through several hoops to get a green card approval. Only because my employer fought with immigration, I was allowed to stay. But today, you can sponsor your relatives for green card. No skills or assets required! Older parents get approved, and they become eligible to receive social security without having contributed a dime in taxes!
Americans need to wake up and wake up fast. We do not need one million plus LEGAL immigrants EVERY YEAR. Only 2 candidates are talking reducing unskilled immigrants, Santorum & Trump.
I suspect based on long-term past performance that the American people are constitutionally unable to see the results of their own complicity in the liberal state.
