The uproar over the effort to enact racketeering charges against those who disagree with the view of dangerous man-made global warming has just added a new twist. Dr. Roger Pielke Jr., professor of environmental studies at the Center for Science and Technology Policy Research at the University of Colorado at Boulder, has revealed the leader of the ‘RICO 20’ is a prime example of a climate profiteer.
George Mason University Professor of Climate Dynamics Jagadish Shukla is identified by Pielke Jr. as the man who spearheaded the letter demanding RICO investigation by the Obama Administration. Shukla was also a Lead Author with the UN IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) in 2007.”
Commentary: Well here’s a little more information on Jagadish Shukla, the top-billed signatory of the September 1st letter to President Obama, A.G. Lynch and the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, John Holdren. The letter requests that the government charge global warming deniers with being members of an ongoing criminal organization under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). No longer willing to simply vilify and slander those who disagree with climate change prophets of doom, “scientists” like Shukla now want to intimidate purveyors of climate truth into silence with massive fines and threats of imprisonment. What better way for science to get at the truth!

And the best part is, none of his claims about climate change have to be true; none must be proved. He need only agree with the climate change zealots in Washington D.C. and at the United Nations and the gravy train ride will continue. Does anyone think someone collecting big money from the federal government, is not going to toe the party line?
Taxpayers are funding Shukla’s request to ignore the Constitution and criminally prosecute people who don’t happen to agree with him, regardless of facts which reveal man-made climate change to be a fraud.
