Cruz reminds me of Reagan at Reykjavik, when everyone told him to placate the Soviets he instead did what was right.

Now, Eastern Europe no longer has the Soviet boot on their throat.

We need to pray for Ted.

Ted Cruz is like a miracle health food and exercise, you know it is good for you, but you just keep reaching for the candy and potato chips whole watching tv. If it get’s to depressing just drink another beer, because its easy.

Because he's the only candidate I see who I believe when he says "his" justice department will pursue and prosecute the crimes of the state department, IRS, ATF and others to the fullest extent of the law no matter where that path leads. (Meaning he doesn't care if republicans are also found to be involved and prosecuted)

If you want to truly clean up Washington and return to constitutional governance, Cruz is the guy.

I hear that, have an ice cold Jeb, now with high energy additives. While you’re at it, open a bag of Fiorinas, they’re mm, mm doubleplusungood.

There are 3 possible outcomes for the election:

1. Trump wins nomination, and he will 100% win the election. PERIOD! No doubt whatsoever. He will probably win with a greater landslide than Reagan.

2. Trump drops out, is pushed out: Jebbie or Rubio will be pushed with media assistance back in the #1 spot. Cruz will be marginalized by the republican primary rule changes and will never get the nomination. At this point any one of the democraps WILL WIN THE PRESIDENCY.

3. Trump loses the primary and through some miracle Cruz gets the nomination: Republican party works with the democraps against Cruz. At this point any one of the democraps WILL WIN THE PRESIDENCY.

YOU ARE ALL DELUDING YOURSELVES IF YOU THINK CRUZ WILL GET THE NOMINATION.

And by the way, I love Cruz and I donate to his campaign to keep him in the race. I just understand the reality of what we are dealing with.

I’d love to see him on the Supreme Court the next 30 years.

I just this minute donated $100 to Ted. They must be concerned about contributions because I received 4 emails asking for money in the past 3 hours.

Can Cruz or anyone for that matter, bring the country back from the destruction Obama has wrought in a legal way? Why wouldn’t he just “executive order” things back to the way they were? The rules have changed. The president can now just change laws at his or her pleasure, right?

Agree. Besides various political positions on immigration and trade that belie his conservatism, Cruz has proven to be a lousy candidate who has not been able to connect with the voters. Cruz should be winning hands down over a semi-somnolent Carson who wins out because he is more likable and affable. Cruz is preachy and strident.

Another example of why I take anything said by a poster who landed here after November 4th of 2008 with a large grain of salt.

I’ve noticed that the supporters of some candidates have utterly abandoned any pretense of caring about the constitution.

Oh brother. Cruz, a lousy candidate? Try looking up how he got elected over the big moneyed establishment-propped incumbent in Texas. You Trump guys are starting to piss me off.
