Interesting...Thanks!
You’re welcome. I would use the adjectives disgusting and infuriating. And I got more.
IBTG
I suppose I could have used other adjectives, but some flood gates are best left untouched on a family forum...
Radio Legendary is reporting Broden is scheduled to speak about the gag order at the Texas Capitol on Saturday.
“Broden is enjoined to not talk about the case, but he is free to talk about the gag order, and plans to do so at a rally on the South steps of the State Capitol at Austin at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, September 26.”

Criminal defense lawyers file complaint against JP in Twin Peaks cases
“The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association filed a judicial complaint against Justice of the Peace W.H. Pete Peterson on Thursday, saying the 3,000-member group is astounded by the way the judge handled setting bonds for 177 bikers after the deadly May 17 Twin Peaks shootout.”
The man has a pair.
From the Waco Trib article...Better watch out or Abel will be getting a gag on them 3,000 lawyers.
I wonder why they did not mention the cop serving as a GJ Foreman?
Absent a retraction and sincere apology, I think every motorcyclist and motorcycle club member should boycott the The Irresponsible Rebel to send a clear message that this type of unethical reporting will not be tolerated or embraced by the motorcycling community. Nothing released by this source can be assumed to be accurate, thorough, or informed, based on this incident. The Irresponsible Rebel has thus far refused to apologize for this wrong. Ego and ignorance have no place in the fight for freedom against discrimination and profiling targeting motorcyclists nationwide. The Irresponsible Rebel should be considered nothing more than low standard tabloid journalism until the cannons of ethical journalism are embraced and false and damaging statements are retracted.
Says he’s involved with Confederation of Clubs. Isn’t that a Bandido organization? I’m pretty sure I have read that about a thousand times on these threads.
As to the substance, if the AR got it wrong, and refuses to retract, he would be exposed to slander suits, would he not?
That’s odd. I haven’t seen an apology from the Waco Police for wrongfully arresting the guys in the first place. Have you?
And this is why it is crazy to do mass arrests. From Mac’s link -
” -Approximately 10 days later I was allowed to get my vehicle from the WPD impound lot. A few days later I received my drivers license in the mail. At this time I do not have my cell phone, gun, and knives. Part of my right thumb remains numb from too many hours in tight plastic cuffs.
-I have never been arrested or detained by LE. My last traffic ticket was approximately 1978. I have grad credits beyond my MS. I retired from the USAF with 21+ years of honorable service, including volunteer time in Vietnam and Thailand. I retired from Boeing Aerospace Houston after working 13 years on the space station program. My final job was as the Manager of Quality Engineering and Inspection. I started riding in 1963 and ICMC is the only club of which Ive been a member.”
Broden mentioned the filing of a complaint with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct, in his Motion to Recuse Petersen which was filed on the 9th of July.
No harm in having another complaint filed.
Hey! Watch yer language! (8^D)
I guess it really sucks to get caught up in a gang gun fight
Dave Deveraux, who wrote the article condemning the Aging Rebel as dishonest trash, is a spokesman for the Washington State CoC and a nationally recognized advocate for motorcycle riders rights. His integrity on this issue is unimpeachable.
What Rebel did by accusing the In Country Vets MC of being police snitches without any evidence and allowing their names and addresses appear on his blog is unforgivable, libelous and in the biker world greatly deserving of a beat-down.
Any blog-site that would libel and endanger a group of Vietnam Veterans and their families without apology doesn't deserve to have its screeds posted at FR.
“I guess it really sucks to get caught up in a gang gun fight”
Especially when the federal gangsters start the shooting!
