According to the UCMJ:
925. ARTICLE 125. SODOMY
10. Punitive Articles
(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration , however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense.
(b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
Interesting. Does it mean that Fanning will be punished?

I looked him up on Wikipedia, no surprise, he has NO military history.
You pick bad leaders you will have a government that is overrun with bad people. They are at the vey top and they can do much damage. I hope our next president has the courage to get all of the vermin out of government.
There are military historians I know of that would make better Sec of the Army than the butt pilot Obama wants Congress to confirm.
