SAN ANTONIO, Texas A blue line painted on a Texas mans curb is getting a lot of attention.
Anthony Welichko pained the blue stripe to show police officers he supported them and his house was a place of sanctuary if they were ever in trouble.
On Facebook Welichko wrote, To all law enforcement who see this line, know that the residents of this home appreciate your service and dedication to keeping the peace. Know that when you enter the neighborhood and see these lines that you are not alone or without back-up.
That Facebook post has been shared more than 76,000 times.
People are taking Welichkos idea and spreading it....

interesting. I saw it on Facecrack but didn’t click through and read what the deal was
The Patriot buzz on this is that people have been finding blue or red marks on their curbs, which has renewed fears that “They” are going to use such marks for determining which FEMA camp program you’ll attend.
Red list = very short day program without activities
Blue list = very long time spent with fellow campers
Great prank if so, especially coming at the conclusion of Jade Helm (Mastering the Human Domain ;n)

Great idea. I’ll put a black square with a horizontal thin blue line instead. Although I know he meant well, the one that guy used looks like a surveyor’s mark.
Pained?
That’s good. Where can they be found?
Clicky below to go there.
We’ve noticed cars with thin blue lines (painters tape?) across the middle of back window. Maybe the same thing? Blue Lives Matter support?
Thank you. I’ll spread this around.
I’ve seen the painters tape, too. I think it is the same thing.
The Safe Harbor Initiative:
To all law enforcement who see this line, know that the residents of this home appreciate your service and dedication to keeping the peace. Know that when you enter the neighborhood and see these lines that you are not alone or without "back-up". We do not need the media to make our voices of support for our police and emergency services heard ( though it would be nice). Lastly, if you are in my neighborhood and mean to harm a member of law enforcement, know that decision may be hazardous to you health as someone has that officers back!
Those are thin blue line stickers, cops and their families use to identify themselves to other law enforcement.
I just went out and blue-taped our curb.
Let’s see what the morning brings - - -
I also found out my black-painted, 3 number address is gone! Had no idea. Time to repaint. Usually one club or another comes by and will do it ‘free,’ but will accept cash!
Maybe one will come by Saturday.
Until someone does it to bait a cop into a death trap.
Thanks. That makes sense....if we’re both seeing it.
“I don’t do Facebook.”
Neither do I. Do they have a stripe that means, “Don’t shoot my dog and we won’t tangle.”?
Spray paint the blue line - support police officers. It’ll drive liberals nuts.
