Agreed, from 1955 in glorious Technicolor. What is fun is to know how this is a celebration of vaudeville, traveling acting troupes & Tin Pan Alley in the early 1900s. Like now, there was great fun for performers then to compete in impromptu contests of skill as shown in this clip.
Hollywood put out a lot of these bio-pics that celebrated people like Cohan and Foy and made a good profit as well WITHOUT guns, curses and hero denigration. One wonders if they could do such today?
