Kinda hard to find the perp and the dogs if no one knows who they’re looking for.

Prayers that they’re found quickly.

If they were taken as bait dogs, well, other prayers.

Sickening. I’ve always thought that the best way to tell if a man is trustworthy, observe how he treats dogs and other animals.
