I am leery of the pep-rally atmosphere which is surrounding Trump. It's a great show, and I am glad to see a lot of sacred cows end up on the barbecue, but not all of our country's best decisions will turn a profit in the near term.
Most populist theology, for want of a better term, appeals in the short term--good tactics, but good tactics have to be backed by good strategy or you just win the battle and lose the war.
