Everyone loves a love story. And what makes a movie ever better is if is based on a true story. So what happens when you have a true love story and have it starring Chris Pratt?
You get the real life love story of Chris Pratt, in a case of art imitating life imitating art.
You see, Chris Pratt has made the public announcement that from this point forth, he refuses to participate in any movie love scenes.
Why? For two reasons.
One, he is married to the love of his life, comedy actress Anna Faris so he doesnt want to cheat on her even if its just acting.
And two: After having a child born prematurely Chris had an epiphany and renewed his faith in God.
So while this Guardians of the Galaxy stars future love scenes will be limited to an audience of one, his likely role as the next Indiana Jones will have millions of adorning fans. But theyll have to be satisfied with his somewhat nerdy, witty action hero persona, and not with a love scene that leaves little to the imagination.
Our hats off to Chris Pratt. May you be a example for others in Hollywood and in television to emulate.
Good for him!!! Kirk Cameron has the same policy. You can tell in Fireproof that the one onscreen kiss had his real wife in a wig standing in for the actress portraying his wife.
Well, of course, that ref shouldn't be allowed to work in the NFL anymore. But the NFL doesnt have any courage.
Personally, I don't care what roles Pratt takes or doesn't take. He can tank his career like Kirk Cameron, for all care. I just don't want him ruining existing major franchises by trying to impose his beliefs on the writers.
Is that the career he's going for? LOL!
Cameron is older, and has starred in several Christian movies, pretty good ones at that. We want to watch his documentary soon.
He chose honoring God over trying to maintain the fame he had in his youth-I would love to have a career like that.
Umm. No. I can respect Kirk Cameron for being religious, but his acting career and his movies are a joke.
Different tastes, I guess. My husband and I enjoyed Fireproof.
