And she's not the only one. It has been reported that someone in the chain of Hillary Clinton emails stripped away the "Secret" designation prior to forwarding them on to Hillary:

It makes perfect sense for Hillary to claim that she did not send or receive anything that was marked "classified" if someone stripped it off before it went to her server. And I predict that it is what the contents of her server will reflect.
The question is then- who did it? The most likely answer is either Huma Abedin or Cheryl Mills. Mills' lawyer announced her intention to destroy her emails but then she and Abedin were ordered not to even think about it.
Here's the bottom line: Clinton directed someone- most likely Abedin or Mills- to strip away the "top secret" markings from the emails to give Clinton cover and allow her to make the claims she's made. That Mills or Abedin would act on her own is not believable. That Clinton as Secretary of State was never to receive classified information over an email system is not believable.

It will be tougher for a Republican to beat a Biden/Walker ticket in the general whereas if it was Shrillary, a lot of people would cross over to the Republican candidate because she is not very well liked by many Democrats and Independents.
I will join in the glee over Shrillary's downfall because she is so phony, dishonest and unethical, not to mention a horrible, horrible person. However, the GOP needs to make sure they nominate their "A" team for the general.

It is also not believable that the Sec of State would not recognize classified material when she read it whether it was marked or not.
If she received material that was clearly classified based only on its source ie. signals intelligence or sat intel, it was her duty to immediately report the violation and begin an investigation.
Perhaps because the "official business" she was conducting was illegal.

I never said she’d do time...just that obama was ok with the investigation. I don’t know...he may even be the main force behind it. Who knows why...killing her chance at the WH might be sufficient.
No one can really imagine that Hitlery will actually DO TIME for obvious crimes she's committed.
Regular citizens would have already been arrested, just for the security violations, but she will only 'miss out' on greater aspirations.
If the law doesn't apply equally to everyone, it isn't really law.
The only thing that doesn’t make sense to me, is if Obama is behind this, at some point you would think Hillary would blackmail him into calling the dog’s off. I assume that she, like everyone else in the administration has plently of damaging info on Obama. Perhaps Jarret/Obama are trying to orchestrate a delicate dance here. They want to create just enough pressure to push HRC out but not enough to compel her to blow the lid off of Obama’s own crimes.
I’m also wondering if maybe the intelligence community, Inspector’s Generals, and career FBI guys are finally getting so fed up that they’re starting to act independently, in spite of what their superiors are telling them to do.
