Clearly the driver’s fault. After all, he committed a crime so he should know he can be killed for it. Isn’t that what we will hear from those who defend the police 100% of the time?

Hey.

Boot-licking copsucker here.

I have watched the video, and I cannot see any action or behavior by the driver of the car that would make the officer think he is in any danger, so for him to threaten to put a hole in the man’s skull is way over the top.

He was in an unmarked truck and he was not in uniform, he jumped out of his truck aggressively and approached aggressively before finally showing his badge.

I have no problem with the man backing up at all. I think I would have done the same.

The only time the man did get close to making an error was when he argued about turning off the car. He already knew the man was a policeman, so I would just go ahead and follow the order and not antagonize him, because he was obviously overly aggressive to start.

No sense in starting a fight you aren’t likely to win, take it up with his superiors later.

Anyway, the cop deserves to be disciplined.

Now, I’d like to hear something similar from those who attack police 100% of the time on other incidents where police find themselves attacked without warrant.

The only thing I am interested in is truth. I don’t care about emotions or distrust of police. Each incident is different. This time, the cop is out of order.

You are correct! According to them, if the police decide they want to kill you, they should be able to do so without any negative consequences to them. If one commits such heinous crimes as jay walking, not respecting the cop’s authority, or riding a motorcycle, one deserves to be shot on sight.
