IT'S off its meds apparently. They're actually easy to handle. Put up a “Fence” (Google Geoff Thompson for further reference). 1st break of the Fence step back, slight push to re-esatblish distance optional. 2nd break of the Fence followed by hard push and descending open hand slap to area below ear/side of neck. All the while trying to verbally de-escalate. Classic Doorman/Bouncer tactics. End result recipient goes away or to sleep. On film the screamer shows as the clear aggressor.
