Hillary Clinton supporter Jeb Bush says he will not kowtow to conservatives.
“Yes, I got a lot of good advice from the last candidate who I wish was president right now, the last Republican candidate, and he validated a belief that I have which at some point we have to start campaigning in a way that is beyond the base. I think you have to be respectful of conservatives and you have to campaign hard, convince thatm that you’re the guy that can unite the party, but there also always has to be an eye on the ball on the next group of people who decide who the president is going to be.”
Wow.
So when was the last time Jeb Bush supported conservatives or any conservative cause?

Of course Jeb won’t kowtow to conservatives. He will pull a McCain and kowtow to his Democrat friends across the aisle, and to their little helpers, the GOP RINOs.
And why not? It’s not like he needs the conservative vote to win, assuming he even wants to win. He’s counting on the Democrats to cross over and vote him in as the candidate like they did McCain in 2008 and Romney in 2012, with the help of the GOP establishment elitists. He’s probably right re: that expectation.
In other words, he is telling the democrats to vote for him in the open primary states. That is how we end up with these clowns every time.
Jeb! is a good example of how far an idiot can go when he hitches a ride on his dad’s money and his dad’s influence and denies his brother’s name and existence.
Jeb Bush is the heir of a dynasty, and he’s quite certain that the White House belongs to his family to play with, and that democrats and conservatives are telling him he can’t have it. They are all his enemies. It was his father’s, and then his brother’s, and who are they to take away a family possession.
Don’t vote for the poor little rich kid who feels entitled.

Romney won the “independent” vote by a wide margin, as I recall, and still lost to Obama, because he did not activate the Conservative base.
