Abel Reyna Saves Waco from Biker Scum

Abel Reyna (AR) and Sgt. Patrick Swanton must have been sweating cold as they blitzed the media with apocalyptic visions of SAMCRO and the Mayans stabbing, shooting, and raping their way across Central Texas Marketplace during church hour, with the heroic police saving the day. But it was showtime, and the news cameras were already rolling. And thus, the "biker shootout" meme was born.

Jimmy Graves, not Peter. LOL.
"We do not break the law as a whole; we do not encourage it," Graves responded. "You do not have to be a criminal to be a Bandido. We will not take criminals if we know they're criminals. We don't want that reputation."

The Bandidos deny what happened Sunday was the result of a long-simmering dispute with other bikers.

Bandidos leader says there is no order to kill police | KXAN.com | May 18, 2015

"How long do you think the Bandidos motorcycle organization would last if we went out shooting at cops? President Obama himself would send out the Air Force, the Army, the Marine Corp and everybody and take us out. There's no way. We respect the police for doing their job," said Bandido leader Jimmy Graves. "We do not break the law as a whole. We do not encourage it, you do not have to be a criminal to be a Bandido. We will not take criminals if we know they're criminals. We don't want that reputation."

“Secondly, per the video, he was not even there “

“We seen the guys with the M16s, had everybody on the ground,” said Jimmy Graves.

"We seen the guys with the M16s, had everybody on the ground," said Jimmy Graves.

That was the scene when Graves showed up to speak on Sunday in Waco.

He was there after the gunfight stopped.

Good point. People need to read all the information, because relying on your representations results in a false belief.

‘The Bandidos deny what happened Sunday was the result of a long-simmering dispute with other bikers.’

Reporter Brian Collister reports that tensions were brewing. Knew that at some time or later this would happen.

“denied access to council for almost a month”
You can not actually believe this! That is precisely why I fight against this misinformation campaign, Freepers such as your self, seem to have become caught up in and which hurts FR.

Of course there are many more motorcycle riders who are good law abiding citizens. I rode for years, but never as part of any ‘club’ (gang). There are also a number of serious criminal trouble-maker riders, some of whom were prevalent at Twin Peaks.

As to the Million Bike DC thing, that was not Bandidos or Cossacks, support gangs and wannabes, etc. BUT, I also take issue with anyone who rides dressed up to look like Hell’s Angels, with the obvious purpose to intimidate non-clubbers and law abiding citizens, by inference.

It is ridicules and subversive to try to excuse the participants at Twin Peaks by comparing them and their actions to Tea Party or Conservatives. The bike gangs were under surveillance for good reason. Yeah, the liberals look at us as their enemy, but they will not be in power much longer and the liberals are not even now powerful enough to cause the LEO or military to attack us.

The WPD was prepared for any eventuality with these bike gangs for good reason (which you and your excusers conveniently fail to remember).

No one is trying to make you quit posting. My intent is to correct mis-information that appears to be intentional. On that hand, if you are posting mis-information with the intent to excuse the actions of criminal bike gangs, then yes I will counter your ever post. If my “insisting on the truth” causes you embarrassment for your asinine posts, that is your own fault.

I suggest you and others here do a better job of researching rather than relying on clearly biased sources.

MISINFORMATION ALERT --

Spurt X says: I also take issue with anyone who rides dressed up to look like Hell’s Angels, with the obvious purpose to intimidate non-clubbers and law abiding citizens, by inference.

In other words, X-spurt doesn't think Americans have the right of free association with people he disapproves of, or the right to ride motorcycles where they please wearing what they please (short of impersonating a police officer), while otherwise engaging in perfectly lawful, peaceful activities, such as attending a pre-scheduled, pre-announced, established COCI meeting in a public restaurant.

It is ridicules [sic] and subversive to try to excuse the participants at Twin Peaks ...

WRONG. It is subversive and anti-American to try to excuse "law enforcement" destruction of the lives of probably 150 totally innocent Americans -- TWO THIRDS of those arrested and incarcerated for at least two weeks and originally held on million dollar bail, had ZERO prior records of criminality or even arrests. ZIP.

But they ALL have records now, with very serious charges, they ALL have had to pay many thousands of dollars if not more to reclaim their normal lives -- in short, they ALL were harshly and severely punished without due process. And TWO THIRDS OF THEM had never even been arrested before.

X-spurt and other trolls here DEFEND that betrayal of our Founding Fathers. They DEFEND that Civil Servants enjoy very different rights than the citizens/civilians they ostensibly serve. X-spurt and trolls think that civil servants deserve the right to punish first and if they were breaking the law, only be held accountable years later; would that we civilians and citizens could punish abusive Civil Servants first and only be held to account years later!

But be assured -- that is EXACTLY ESSIENTALLY what X-spurt and other trolls here are advocating -- a situation where the courts can no longer protect citizens/civilians from the abuse of Civil Servants.

Thankfully, such trolls are less than ONE THIRD on these threads, though their volume of posts falsely inflates their representation, like a puff adder snake puffing up to look not so small to threats). In real numbers, smarter/more honest MORE THAN DOUBLE the numbers of the trolls among FReepers who have expressed an opinion on Waco one way or the other. TWO THIRDS of us think the cops' narrative stinks of cover-up and bad intent.

X-Spurt lies when he claims to be "correcting misinformation." He is defending government tyranny. IF those Waco cops were so well informed and so "prepared for any eventuality," then why in hell didn't they arrest the small handful of actual troublemakers and PERCEIVE THE OBVIOUS REALITY that most of the people they mistook for "thugs" were were average peaceful legal bikers?

The cops were either the stupidest, most obtuse pinhead heavily-armed freaks on the planet -- or they were the most mal-intentioned with regard to the American Constitution.

By definition, X-Spurt clearly thinks they were the first, although he won't acknowledge it.

The WPD was prepared for any eventuality with these bike gangs for good reason (which you and your excusers conveniently fail to remember).

Prepared? What strange definition do you have for that word?

According to Chief of Police Brent Stroman, his men were SITTING IN THEIR VEHICLES when the altercation broke out.

Testimony has been offered (in bond reduction and property seizure hearings) of Cossacks taking up "sentry positions" and "checking their weapons" while the Waco PD was SITTING IN THEIR VEHICLES. Seems that none of that (if they were even aware of it,) motivated Stroman's men to GET OUT OF THEIR VEHICLES and make a move to react before bullets started flying.

Nope. When they got out of their vehicles, after the first shots were fired, we do know what three out of the sixteen of them did, per Stroman - they fired their weapons into the altercation.

Makes one wonder about the other thirteen. Makes one wonder what the preparation was. Makes one wonder if SITTING IN A VEHICLE is best preparation.

***If you respond to me with your customary personal attack, you go back on the "ridicule only" list. Your choice.***

“Thing is I don’t doubt they were fighting. If you want a fight with a guy wearing colors, he’ll give you the best you ever had. I believe the cops either overreacted and responded with weapon fire, when tear gas would have done, or they were ordered to do permanent damage because they were becoming too big, or too powerful.”

Did you ever undergo “tear gas” training, during your military service?

Do police (or military) usually respond to urban gun shootouts, with tear gas? Is that part of their doctrine?

Maybe the police should have just let them finish each other off, along with some patrons of the nearby restaurants and shops?

You know, we don’t want the police to “over react” when civilians start shooting at each other in shopping malls, do we?

I feel there is a good chance the unarmed ordained minister-biker, was going to step into the situation, and urge a peaceful result, but got caught in the middle of the fire.

That is a sad result, of violence. Crips, Bloods and MS13 shoot innocent kids, in their neighborhoods during their shootouts.

And likewise Bandidos may have shot an innocent biker. But it is the job of police, to stop the gun fight.

Maybe a ballot measure next time for Waco Texas:

“Proposition, should police use force, to stop the next gunfight at Twin Peaks Mall, between rival motorcycle club members,

Yes,
or No”

“such as attending a pre-scheduled, pre-announced, established COCI meeting in a public restaurant.”

Why was the meeting shifted from Austin to Waco at the last minute and the word put out to the gang members to come in from all over the state?

” COCI meeting in a public restaurant”

The Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents is a Bandidos run extortion scheme.

I think he draws the line when the warring gangs draw their guns at a public restaurant ....

Illustration of how a tiny minority -- less than a third total -- puffs itself up to look not so tiny. This dupe Texas Gator, who defends the right of Civil Servants to skip due-process and punish law-abiding citizens before guilt or innocence has been established, just posted THREE TIMES to me alone. Almost ALL of the dupes do this.

Volume of posts by a minority representing a DUPE mindset to legitimized government tyranny, deliberately intending to make its tiny numbers look inflated.

It's a new America with new rules where Civil Servants are "more equal" than the mere citizens/civilians they "serve."

Slick, is that you? Thought you concentrated on arguing the meaning of IS, now it PREPARED too........

Heck, don’t0, I thought you had poor little me on your IGNORE LIST.

You must be getting flamed from all sides to have to have long lists of Freepers on “ignore list”. And WOW, now we have a new “ridicule list”. How DU of you.

Hate to have to burst your pinnyhead bubble, but its not possible to ridicule persons who are RIGHT.

Please keep on digging your now deep hole! Won’t be long before your minimal credibility will be gone for anything you post.

The axiom of “toss a stone over the fence and the dog hit is the one that barks”. Are you a member of one of these ‘clubs’ you so try to cover up for?

Seriously, I am interested in learning what you all’s seemingly strong connection could.

Which motorcycle ‘club’?

Too bad that honest-to-goodness lawmen have apparently abandoned their posts.

It is THEIR job to catch those few who forcefully deprive fellow Americans of their God-given Constitutional right to wear what they please where they please.

Are lawmen too afraid of that tiny minority of criminal bikers to stop them from abusing fellow Americans? Or are lawmen too stupid to catch them and therefore have to do mass sweeps where they must punish mostly innocent people in order to reach the very few who are guilty?

Are the lawmen lazy? Stupid? Lops? So wasteful of resources that fewer than one in three of whom they "catch" are guilty of actual crimes?

Or is it that lawmen, who identify individual criminals by their law-breaking actions, have been removed and replaced by military TROOPS who identify the "enemy" by insignia?

You advocate for government tyranny and military-minded authority over free citizens.
