That’s called “the exception that proves the rule.” How is he going to install that knee and how are you going to operate on yourself and put in a new heart or liver?

I would rebuild my arm with a laser cannon! Don’t totally laugh, in the future people may “upgrade” their bio parts with more powerful replacements (think the book “Cyborg”).
