Do we have a link to this supposed memo? Currently, all that exists is the word of a disgraced* ex-congressman. This is not much.

*Yes he was been cleared of all charges and yes it was probably a setup, but most people don't know that. Most just know of him as a disgraced ex-congressman.

an article from Allen West that mentions other perversions, but no mention of a memo. If you find any reference to this, please post it.

Except that he isn't. The "disgrace" was the usual trumped up charges from DemocRats that went nowhere, but it achieved the goal of taking out someone the Dems hated. Hopefully Mr. Delay was taking names.

The weird thing is Delay’s accuser was later exposed for being one of a bunch of weirdos in the woods drumming and spanking dead chickens in some sort of nutty “tribal therapy” gathering that included people from all walks of life.
