In before the dragons ;)
Cripes, there might be BOOK spoilers in here...
Not sure why there was so much Stannis love when I saw a easily duped short sighted dip shit from the start.
Where’s my prize.
Also, even if that does happen in the books, what circumstanices will it be under?
And why are we Rushing the Fight for the North?
I thought it was a long drawn up and Juicy Campaign with the Northern Houses and Stannis.
That sounded Awesome for the show!
Jon Snow is covered in blood. His eyes roll back into his head and he ......?
We've seen most of these characters this season, but but in a few weeks.
Jon Snow is covered in blood. His eyes roll back into his head and he ...
is startled when BenJen Stark appears and says, “Your mother’s name is Wylla!”
Whatever that is ;)
Jon Snow asks Benjen Stark, “Did my mother abandon me to show me mercy?”
Benjen Stark responds, “Uhhhh, okay.”
Personally, I like spoilers, but if folks are going to post spoilers of things that haven’t happened yet (on the show or in the books) they should use spoiler warnings and post the spoilers using font color = white.
Once it’s happened on TV, then it’s no longer a spoiler. This is a live discussion thread, after all. ;)
BUT last week effed that up too!
Oh Well, Enjoy this Vid, It's Haunting.
Game of Thrones - Stannis "The Mannis" Baratheon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xM1qmcmO6qU
#StannisNoLongerTheMannis
https://youtu.be/mWQMqaFm5X0?t=3m37s
-Stannis would be a terrible King -
...lacks feeling for the common humanity over which he would rule
-Only leader in Westeros who cares about the Wights and Wildlings
-Only leader trying to save the North from Roose and Ramsay Bolton
If Stannis is a villain, it's because that's how they have chosen to adapt him.
Shireen ain't dead in the books, and the three chapters they posted on Martin's Not A Blog (Sansa Stark, Arya Stark, and Arianne Martell) didn't deal with her.
I appreciate the subtle reminder that Ramsay is a bad dude. It’s so easy to forget. Fortunately, the screenwriters have a way of showing us that he’s not someone we should like.
OMG Arya is monologing!
My best guess for the new book plot, he’s resurrected by Melissandre as the true Azor Azai, and free from the Night’s Watch vows because they killed him.
I wonder if the TV show has then become a spoiler for Shireen’s death in the next book.
