For all intents and purposes the Savopoulos family were good, civic–minded residents of Washington, DC.
Savvas, and his wife Amy, were active in charitable causes and contributed $51,800 to both Republican and Democrat candidates since 2006. The Daily Mail reports that even though Savopoulos was very wealthy he didn’t surround himself with bodyguards or other security and the family didn’t hesitate to open the door when someone knocked.

Today Savopoulos, Amy, 10–year–old Phillip and housekeeper Veralicia Figueroa are all dead after someone opened the door to their murderer, ex–con Daron Wint. Over an 18–hour period Wint took the family hostage before torturing, stabbing to death and then setting their bodies on fire.

A legislature that passes bills which are hidden from everyone, in a secret room, should be disbanded at best. This is not legislation but brazen lawlessness; at worst this is treason. Congress first used this type of legislation, a mockery of justice, to pass ACA (0bamaCare).
I ask you to carefully consider the words of Oliver Cromwell, Dissolution of the Long Parliament, given to the House of Commons, 20 April 1653:

A very insightful observation. Argentina is a strong model of our direction.
Obama is keeping his word. Converting the US from the richest, most powerful country in the world to an oversized Argentina is certainly “Change”. It also gives “Hope” to all the parasites and petty tyrants who supported him and expect to get their piece of the action.
Don't take this the wrong way but as a great man once said, "people get the kind of government they deserve".
Remember each one of these representatives from the president on down was elected in a supposedly free election process. Elected, re-elected, and re-elected again. And what has the public elected? The biggest bunch of crooks and corrupt bribe takers I have ever seen, and I go back to the Truman administration.
Don't get me wrong, there is corruption in every country. But the USA is the big mac daddy of them all. If you can bribe your way to a piece of the pie of the biggest economy on earth, you really have something. Unfortunately, the chance to auction off a piece of that pie has attracted some of the most despicable characters ever to appear on the American scene.
Just look at the leadership. In a country ruled by laws Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid would be in jail. Boehner and McConnell would probably be in an adjoining cell. Half the members of the Senate and the House would be joining them.
The executive branch? That fish is rotting from the top. I have never experience a President who lies all the time about everything. You cannot believe a single word that comes out of his mouth. Richard Nixon was an absolute paragon of truth and honesty compared to this guy, and I am not exaggerating. Obama is compounding the problem by appointing a crew of like minded, incompetent, liars and frauds to run every federal department. The entire structure of the US federal government has been compromised and, therefore, delegitimized.
The problem is deep and systemic and I don't think an election or two will solve it. I think it is all over. Democracy has, truly, triumphed. And the people have finally gotten the government they deserve. I am just preparing myself so that when it collapses I will be no where nearby.
