My blood pressure went up and I have to take a blood test tomorrow....sigh.
obama rims
I used to teach welfare and food stamp recipients how to look for work at the state unemployment office. They dressed better than me, had much nicer cars and cell phones way back before they were wide-spread.
Great story but most of us already know all of this or at least do pretty fing sad
Thanks for the reminder. Quarterly taxes due June 15th.
I, Mr. Moron Foolish American Worksforalivin’, had better get those checks written.
Now shut up and get a night job. I got a Escalade payment comin' up, whitey!
If they can afford such nice cars, then how are they poor enough for Section 8 housing in the first place???
In many latin cultures it is a matter of pride (not shame) to fool or cheat someone. Looks like the latins in this complex are doing it on a big scale. I am not surprised.
Been that way for years. “Keepin’ up withh the Jones’”. All hat....not cattle.
We have a trashy family down the street who have ‘bought’ their son’s ‘friends’ because he’s on the football team. We fell out with them because the son is a brat and the father is a tit and defends his son’s bad behavior. They have run off those ‘bought’ friends and always have the latest and greatest. They are always jealous of our son’s accomplishments and try to cause trouble.
Well you hope they are “only” cheating the gummit, not drug pushers.
Not to mention 0bamaphones and 0bamaGroceries.
As Kalifornia goes...so goes the rest of the country.
I’m not surprised to see them there, but I am surprised they’re in such good condition.
And who is stupid here? The people who take advantage, or the people who vote for it and pay for it?
See tagline.
Lived there, (across the street in the private homes,) saw it every day. Always fun to watch 10 guys standing around a popped hood wondering... About the dead battery.
Either you lived it or you didn’t.
Rimz expensive yo.
For fun, when you have some time to waste, go to google maps and street view...diverse... neighborhoods. You will see rundown shacks, garbage everywhere, BUT the most expensive rimz and paint jobs you can imagine.
My father when he was alive, used to tell me stories about when he was stationed down south. He would see old, crappy houses (more like shacks) with a pristine Cadillac parked out in front. Nothing changes.
I’m not saying I condone this, but would they report their “nice” vehicles stolen? Would they call and file a police report?
This is one of those “jokes” over which we in the medical field laugh until we almost cry - on any given day or night shift we’ll get one “Amerigroup” (taxpayer subsidized if not paid outright) so-called “insurance” patient with all the gold bling, the tats, reeking of cigarette and/or dope smoke, who will bring their sick child in at the last minute with a fever and ask us to write a prescription for tylenol because their “insurance pays for it.”
Invariably, said stellar citizen, “son of Obama” will then drive off in a newer, more expensive car than any of the medical staff, AFTER complaining about having to make their “copay” of some pittance like ten bucks, EBT cards spilling out of his/her wallet.
Scum. Makes me wish I’d gone into gunsmithing or something instead of medicine. Then I think, what the heck, Cloward and Piven’s theory is just about to come to fruition.
With all of society collapsing around us like the fall of the roman empire, I may be able to trade my services.
For those of you who aren’t seething enough I’ll give you more. My friend who works at this section 8 complex loves to tell me stories of what he sees day in and day out. One day he was called to an apartment for a maintenance issue. The tenant complained that the shelves in the closet were falling down. When my friend went to inspect it he saw that the shelves were overloaded with all manner of designer clothing, really expensive gear. Of course they also had the latest in home entertainment and smart phones, all in a section 8 apartment.
