Now Your Kid Can Get a Scholarship for Being ‘Gender-Creative’

EAG News reports on Center School in Greenfield, Massachusetts, a progressive day school from Pre-K through 8th graders with a “social justice mission.” “Increasingly concerned” at the suicide rate among “gender non-conforming kids,” the school is now offering a scholarship for “gender creative children.”

Donors to the scholarship fund were “inspired” after how the school accommodated an elementary student who was “transitioning.”

“She had the anatomy of a boy, but felt like a girl in her heart,” according to Spencer. “She wanted to be able live that out.”

The scholarship is intended to help those certain students pay the private school’s annual $13,000 to $15,800 tuition.

Massachusetts has had a law on the books since 2013 permitting transgender students full reign over gender-labeled school facilities.

“A student who says she is a girl and wishes to be regarded that way throughout the school day and throughout every, or almost every, other area of her life, should be respected and treated like a girl,” the directive states, according to the newspaper.

“Gender creative kids” were featured in a recent Time magazine article highlighting an annual week-long summer camp for “gender non-conforming children” in Washington, D.C. The camp caters to roughly 30 families and is held at various locations, including “religious retreats”.

At camp, the children do all the typical camp things. They canoe, they craft, they roast marshmallows. Almost all of the children are biological boys who like to wear girl’s clothing. The weekend culminates in a fashion show with the works: red carpets, a runway, and fans to blow the kids’ hair back. “We try to make them feel fabulous,” says Morris, “I think it helps carry them through the year — the memory of their parents and siblings in the audience clapping for them.”

Children ages 6-12 attend with their parents and siblings in tow, making it a unique summer camp experience in more ways than one.

If this was at a state university, I have some kids who might give it a try. I can just see #2 son, who is 6’3”, 275 lbs., shaggy-haired and swarthy, showing up for an interview and saying, “I’m a girl.”

Why purple? The natural color of flamingos is one of the wonders of nature.

There needs to be a real effort to keep pervs away from kids, at a minimum.

Too bad a lot of freepers seem to think what Josh Duggar did was “playing”.

And yet if I apply for a scholarship claiming I’m a poor black child from the ghetto with a family income of less than $25,000 when in fact I’m a rich white kids from the burbs, I can be charged with a crime.

Lying is lying. Little Billy was born a male. To claim he’s a female to get college money is LYING!

I really don’t care if idiots want to donate to this scholarship. My only problem would be if tax dollars are put into it. Same reasoning with abortion. I would prefer if abortion were illegal, but will settle with it being a state choice and no federal dollars put into it (which unfortunately is not the case right now).

Children ages 6-12 attend with their parents child-abusing, pedophile, circus-freak manager legal caretakers...

Fixed.

They are definitely NOT parents. They lost the right to be called parents long before they deform their kids and drag them to a circus like this.

LOL! That looks a lot like my Jake, only a bit fluffier. Jake does that with his food dish sometimes.

Just another way of taking money from normal people and giving it to a victim group.

That's so racist! Look how they favor the human race. I want to see some of this:

KTTY News reports on Center School in Greenfield, Massachusetts, a progressive day school from Pre-K through 8th graders with a “social justice mission.” “Increasingly concerned” at the suicide rate among “species non-conforming kids,” the school is now offering a scholarship for “species creative children.”

Donors to the scholarship fund were “inspired” after how the school accommodated an elementary student who was “transitioning.”

“She had the anatomy of a girl, but felt like a kitten in her heart,” according to Spencer. “She wanted to be able live that out.”

The scholarship is intended to help those certain students pay the private school’s annual $13,000 to $15,800 tuition.

Massachusetts has had a law on the books since 2013 permitting trans-species students full reign over species-labeled school facilities, including litter boxes.

“A student who says she is a kitten and wishes to be regarded that way throughout the school day and throughout every, or almost every, other area of her life, should be respected and treated like a kitten,” the directive states, according to the newspaper.

“Species creative kids” were featured in a recent Time magazine article highlighting an annual week-long summer camp for “species non-conforming children” in Washington, D.C. The camp caters to roughly 30 families and is held at various locations, including “religious retreats”.

At camp, the pets do all the typical camp things. They chase yarn, they climb trees, they take catnaps. Almost all of the children are biological children who like to be scratched behind the ears. The weekend culminates in a fashion show with the works: red collars, a catwalk, and brushes to brush the kittens’ fur back. “We try to make them feel fabulous,” says Morris, “I think it helps carry them through the year — the memory of their parents and siblings in the audience clapping for them.”
