I agree that corporate taxation is an undue burden and must be abolished. But the minimum wage along with its evil twin of unionism has forced companies to flee to third-world countries. Wages are artificially high due to the schemes of commie Frances Perkins and FDR, both of whom advanced the unconstitutional minimum wage.

Actually it's corporate taxes that drove companies overseas. A lot of them will claim it's about the cost of labor, but labor is generally a small portion of the cost of a product. It's really about the tax sheltering they do by creating new corporations in foreign nations that do the manufacturing.
