Amtrak is so f-ed up you’re probably better off hopping a freight.
You’ll get there on time, have a safer ride, and the crew will be nicer.
It wasn’t just the speed.
He also threw the emergency break on in the turn.
Probably would have lost it even at 50mph throwing the break on the way he did.
I’m sure he expects to skate on any charges now since he’s a member of a protected class.
