It's been a few days since Hillary's lawyer sent Trey Gowdy a letter, saying that she would testify later this month, but only for one day. Surprisingly, there's been no response from Gowdy. I wonder what's going on? This, IMHO, is a direct challenge to the committee.
So now comes Clinton's lawyer, saying she will testify, but will appear only one time.
I've searched, and seen no response from Gowdy. Something's obviously up, but what?
If I told you, you wouldn’t like the answer.....
Hi, FRiend....do tell..I’m a big boy..I can take it...
How is it that HIllary can say she will only appear one time?
Is this not an official congressional subpoena? And will she be under oath?
Since she’s setting the terms, do they expect the truth also?!
The UNIPARTY is going on.

Any connection to stuff like this?
I think Trey Gowdy is overwhelmed at this point. So many scandals so little time.
I felt bad for Gowdy yesterday when I read that he only just learned his RINO Governor Nicki Haley and the SC statehouse had negotiated taking a bunch of these Syrian “refugees” and foisting them off on the good city of Spartanburg. I look for our RINO governor Nathan Deal and our RINO statehouse to do the same to GA soon.
Remind me ... didn’t Trey Gowdy subtly assist Grahamnesty in his campaign for Senate re-election in ‘14?
Theater
I suspect it’s because Gowdy’s a ball-less poltroon who acts tough but runs away when sh!t gets real.
Yep, he did...and a well placed source told me that in exchange, Graham would help Gowdy get some bigtime DOJ post or something like that - after Gowdy had served 6 years in the House and was vested in their benefits program. I was told this by someone in position to know - and while I cannot validate it, I would say Gowdy's lack of follow thru indicates it is perhaps sadly accurate. Andrew McCarthy, perhaps for different reasons, agrees. HOUSE OF CARDS! Someone call Frank Underwood QUICK!
It’s more sinister than that, see post 13.
Gowdy will consult with the majority on his committee, and my guess is that their response will be to prepare, negotiate, and let the appearance of Clinton slip to closer to the election.
Gowdy just barks. That’s his job, he barks and it’s for show. The first few times I saw him I thought he was the real deal but he is not. He is worse than the rest of them because he knows he isn’t going to do anything but makes all that noise. Pathetic.
The correct response is “she will testify as long as we need her to testify”
I like so many others applauded Gowdy heading up this committee inferred to have the power to root out the issue and find the truth.
I am as disappointed with Gowdy as I am of Issa, they both seem powerless to achieve anything, yet I constantly get emails from Gowdy asking for financial support, it seems to me like this is just fund raising tactic, these same types of committee’s had Nixon resigning from office in less time and it is just as complex and nowhere near as criminal.
They say it takes time and patience; well at what point do we run out of both, this has already gone the way of Fast/Furious, IRS, et al; time and patience allows them all to fade away.
Remember, Gowdy’s committee is in no way a prosecution. It is collecting information for a report to other Congressmen.
Congress can issue all the subpoenas and contempt citations it wants, but the executive branch and federal courts will decide punishment.
