Even if a woman consents to have sex with another adult, according to Guardian author Gaby Hinsliff, it's still likely rape.
In an article titled "Consent is not enough: if you want a sexual partner, look for enthusiasm," Ms. Hinsliff argues that, even if a woman says she would like to have sex with you, if she does not do it enthusiastically, you are a rapist.
Hinsliff's subtitle reads, "The furore over rape prosecution guidance from the CPS shows we need a new understanding of sexual relationships."
The article goes on to argue that men are still rapists even if their sexual partner explicitly consented to sex with them. Ms. Hinsliff argues that if the woman agreed to sex, but did not do so "enthusiastically," her sexual partner raped them.
..."Don’t look for consent in a sexual partner," Ms. Hinsliff explains, "because that’s too low a bar. Look for enthusiasm."

As a matter of fact this is a far cry from the normal [I use the term advisedly] feminist position. I look for Ms. Hinsliff to be twitter-shamed and destroyed on the Interwebs for her heterodox position.
All PIV sex is an affirmation of the white-cisheteropatriarchy, and is therefore not only rape but a crime against humanity.
Hinsliff's opinion would once have been considered fringekooky. Now it is regarded as right wing hate speech. Look for her auto-da-fé in the pages of The Guardian soon.

Have it drawn up by a lawyer and witnessed by not just the notary but 2 more witnesses. This is craziness beyond anything I’ve ever heard.

I’m sick of men being responsible for every level of bat crap crazy reasoning that women invent.
If they don’t like men or you don’t like a man, they should leave them the hell alone. Then men won’t have to have three witnesses to testify as to whether or not the woman had sufficient fervor before, during, and after the sexual act.

As a female who is jaded, cynical and real, having been married twice and having gone down the primrose path more than a few times when single, too-I must point out that while this may be a man’s world, I’m quite sure they can’t fake an orgasm-so how is the guy to know genuine enthusiasm from faux enthusiasm?
