ST. LOUIS (AP) — Lawyers for the parents of Michael Brown, the unarmed, black 18-year-old who was fatally shot by a white police officer in a St. Louis suburb, announced Wednesday night that they planned to file a civil lawsuit the following day against the city of Ferguson.
Attorneys for the family said in a statement Wednesday night that the wrongful death lawsuit would be filed Thursday....

The officer should countersue the family and the victim of the strongarm robbery should sue them as well.

They’re going for a settlement, not a real trial.
I think that the cop should be filing the civil suit against the preps estate and against his surviving partner who lied about what happened. because of the cop being forced to shoot and kill the thug he was forced to Quit his job for his safety and the publics.
