Why would McBride be in jail at all? Brandishing? I don't get it.
Here in CT I guarantee that McBride would be in trouble but in TX? I thought TX was the place to go for your individual rights?

William Paul McBride is in the Brazos County Jail after being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
There are no brandishing laws in TX.
