I am personally glad that my Father in Law isn’t under her care. Vietnam navy vet, who now has some serious issues and requires the care of his wife and the VA for them. It’s a tough world to live in when that disabled veteran is your family. IMHO, that woman most likely wasn’t thinking soundly, and let her temper get the better of her. I would recommend she think twice about the trouble that these vets go through, some of their problems could end up being hers down the road too.
yeah this scumbag doesn’t give a damn that REAL heroes went out and fought for her right to be a complete self-centered ass

Give the vets vouchers and let them buy their own healthcare. There is no rational reason for VA hospitals.
The idea behind the VA was vets would receive BETTER CARE - not that they'd be humiliated by lowlifes who can't be fired.
Dump the VA... all the charm of a driver's license office without the efficiency of the post office.
He’s lucky she didn’t call in the armed VA guards.
They made sure to show me the panic button they have in the exam room to bring the armed VA guards. They also moved the guard station to the waiting room. Now, a VA employee can come to the public waiting room and talk to you like this because if you start to yell at her, the armed CA guards will come and get your mind right.
Have you ever noticed that the VA is sprinkled with new age, anti-Christian displays?
Look at some of the things hanging from the office walls, like “believe” posters and other new agey plaques and posters, and indications of a higher power, but clearly not Christian, but things that Christians oppose.
Even Islam does OK at my VA, I tried to report one nurse who was aggressively proselytizing me on Islam to an extreme level.
You might want to direct me to the time spot in the video where she said that because I just watched it 4 times and I didn't hear it........
And due to his visit, it's apparent that he's complaining that he didn't receive his mail order drugs but the nurse is showing him the notice of delivery......
No VA hospitals is the way to go.

I didn’t hear her say that either.
But her tone and demeanor was rude and condescending.
The lady needs to be more careful. Usually, what goes around comes around.
I hadn’t noticed, but I will look when I go there again.
I’m in my early 60’s but they still better bring their lunch. One of my younger friends turned me on to a song I like “let the bodies hit the floor”

DITTO here! I clicked in several different places and the video is all the same...only the text says what is reported that people are complaining about. If she did say any of it, I sure didn’t hear it!!!

Just finished watching it over and over and over and I don't believe for a second that that's what she said.
Furthermore, I'm not condemning this nurse for anything other than being a little short with the gentleman but I'll contribute that to her having to move on to her other duties..........
I've been there in my past job and I'm sure everyone else has in theirs too........
It's apparent in this day and age that everyone is too willing to get upset about whatever they can find to get pissed off at........
And the more one thinks about it they are right. Why? because they are the lowest of the low characterwise and principlewise. they get in there , look around and say, "We are the lowest of the low, yet we were put here by a majority vote of the voters. What does this say about them?
