Why do feminists care how many Fortune 500 CEOs are female?

It doesn’t make any sense to care how many Fortune 500 CEOs are female. Instead, what does matter is how many of the Fortune 500 companies were started by a woman in the first place.

A fake feminist demands that companies created by men hire more female CEOs. A real feminist starts her own company and makes herself the CEO.

Because they can make lists about it and have something to stick on their blogs.

No one is stopping a woman from starting a company.

Why should ANYONE care how many women are going to be CEO’s.

Most of us will never earn a fraction of that amount.

It's a good thing they don't have any real issues if this is all they can find to focus on.

Give a womern a inch and she’ll take a mile! It’s one of them slippery slopes. The next thing you know, they’ll want to start eating at the same table as the men-folk!!

The track record of some recent notable female CEOs is not helping their cause.

More honor should be bestowed on small business owners who create an idea and turn that into a successful patronage than someone who graduates from a watered down Ivy League/top business college that “manages” (With a cadre of other managers) an already self-sustaining business, male or female.

Because usurping power from men at the top is a far more visible sign of female superiority that building a small business.

Feminazi’s don’t want equality or fair treatment or to truly empower women. It’s all about taking down the straight white man through domination, then oppression.

Real women, on the other hand, don’t need coercive methods to achieve equality, empowerment, and respect. Real women are confident and self-assured; they gain status based on their own merits.

It's called a shakedown. Feminists complain, corporations donate, feminists go silent for another year.

What matters is whether the CEO maximizes shareholder value.

Fortune 500 companies are all idiots right? If they could hire a woman to do the exact same thing as a man at half the cost then wouldn’t they do it??? Right???

I recently saw 2 posts right next to each other on a liberal site. One attacking a man who said

Women are better stay-at-home parents because they are more sensitive, caring, sympathetic, etc.

Of course he got grilled because women are NOT more sensitive, caring, sympathetic, etc. Those are lies men use to keep women at home or pay them less

The other post was praising a man who said

We need more women in board rooms because women are more sensitive, caring, sympathetic, etc. than men

This guy was right on because women ARE more sensitive, caring, sympathetic, etc.

The words the 2 men used to describe women's qualities were almost identical but feminists praised one and condemned the other. My conclusion is that feminists like to complain. In case any of them are reading this I am NOT saying WOMEN like to complain. At this point there are more men than women as fortune 500 CEOs so they complain about that. I'm sure they could come up with a reason to complain if it were the other way around (men put women in charge to make women take the heat when something goes wrong)

I work with female “tokens” (promoted for gender, not merit). I used to resent it, but now I enjoy a shorter workday because of them. They work the bare minimum hours, and I follow suit (and nobody can complain). After the hours I used to work (as a “salaried” employee, mind you), I noticeably increased my hourly earnings with strict 9-5 hours - and I don’t skip lunch anymore. What is good for the geese works for this gander; it feels like a part-time job!

While the high command doesn’t like it, they installed them; they know they’d lose in court so they have to eat it.

Does anyone investigate female-centric companies to ensure they have enough men at all levels of the company?

Whiny little girls. They don’t want to build up stuff on their own, they think they ought to be able to waltz in by court order and just take stuff they never made the focus of their lives for decades.

Demanding equality through special treatment, because they’re girls.

Because even feminazis can count - it’s an easy way to come up with a subject to whine about.

See # 13; I can get used to “working like a girl”. It really IS possible to have it all; I can have a career AND a family.

I love “working like a girl”...

If things were perfect, women would complain there’s nothing to complain about. Heaven is going to be interesting.

Why do feminists care how many Fortune 500 CEOs are female?

Because feminists, like all leftists, just ain't happy unless they have something to bitch about.

Thanks.

Fortunately I work “with them”, not “for them”; it was eat me up inside to watch these twits get credit for my work. I’ve worked with and for some bright, competent women in the past, but they were older and got to their positions through achievement. Now it is just about keeping lawyers at bay (fear of discrimination lawsuits).

Complaints about “wage gaps” are laughable; I doubt women of equal talent/background are paid a penny less than men WORKING THE SAME HOURS.
