African American students at UC Berkeley are demanding that their college name one of its buildings after one of the FBI's most wanted terrorists.
In 2013, Assata Shakur was named as one of the FBI's most wanted terrorists. In 1977, Shakur murdered a New Jersey police officer and was convicted; she escaped from prison in 1979 and has been on the run ever since.
Currently, she is staying in Cuba and New Jersey is offering a $2,000,000 award for her capture.
The Black Student Union at Berkeley, however, does not see Shakur as a felon, but as a hero. So highly is she regarded that the group demanded that the college rename one of its buildings after her. The union had an additional nine demands, including focusing recruitment on African American students, and even gave the chancellor of the college a deadline to respond.
...Unsurprisingly, Chancellor Dirks did not agree to this demand, or the nine others that were sent to him by the Black Student Union. This has not deterred the group, however, who see Shakur as misunderstood.

$2,000,000 for her capture and return? Hey, I speak fluent Spanish and could train to get the Cuban dialect down. Let’s go.
Time to defund Berkeley college all together, its a snake filled with communists but that would only be a start, there are many more just like Berkeley.

The comments will make you realize why there is a racial problem in this country. And the disconnect that blacks have for what is right and wrong. Not all blacks, of course. But when the cockroaches come out in the light then it is interesting to observe and remind yourself who are the real raciest’s.

The college professors are behind this. No ‘student’ would waste their time on this. They want to go to parties.
