Judge Napolitano: Hillary Clinton Faces 'Three Years In Jail, Per Document' Daily Caller

Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said Thursday on “America’s Newsroom” that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is potentially facing prison time for hiding documents from government computers.
“So you feel that she faces potentially two criminal investigations?” asked host Martha MacCallum.
“Yes,” he agreed. “This is beyond extraordinary and beyond dangerous. This is potentially criminal.” (VIDEO: Judge Napolitano On Hillary’s Emails: ‘She Knowingly Violated The Law’)
Naplitano compared Clinton to General David Petraeus: “The general agreed to plead guilty for keeping classified secrets in a non-secure, non-government-approved venue — in the general’s case, a desk drawer in his home. In Mrs Clinton’s case, the server in her home, non-government secured and non-government approved, classified secrets there, that is a misdemeanor.”
MacCallum noted that Petraeus got a reasonable settlement from the prosecution because the leaked information didn’t cause any harm. “We don’t know whether or not possession of anything Hillary had caused harm. Of course, the Benghazi issue will be raised there.”

Does this mean that if there is no successor to Obama, because Hillary has messed up her last chance, does that mean he will just have to run again?
Would this include the dearly departed documents or just the tens of thousands still available??

Then, when they are exposed by some hacker on the Internet, they will have just as difficult a time as Hillary in dealing with the consequences (criminal charges, etc., with the compounding problem of waiting until they got caught instead of coming forth prior to getting caught).
Like Chris Wallace asking Lanny Davis, “Aren't you tired of cleaning up after the Clintons for all the messes they have created?”

I think she might, at least just enough to get a conviction that will disqualify her from running for POTUS. She'll get a pardon from Obama, but it'll clear the road for Warren.
Judge Nap has said that it will require a different administration/Atty Gen’l before any sort of prosecution would ensue.
Washington is more corrupt than Sodom & Gomorrah. Hillary is untouchable.
