White House press secretary Josh Earnest on Wednesday would not comment on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's decision to delete tens of thousands of emails she deemed personal.
Clinton's actions are "not something I'm going to comment on and not something I'm particularly interested in, Earnest said.
He said he is "not aware" of any conversations between President Obama and Clinton in the last few weeks.
Earnest also would not comment on the president's email address, citing security concerns. All of Obamas emails are handled in compliance with the presidential records act, he added.
Clinton revealed in a news conference on Tuesday that more than 30,000 personal messages have been erased from the server in her home.
She insisted that she followed all federal rules and regulations, and said every email message related to official business was preserved and turned over to the government.
I have absolute confidence that everything that could be in any way connected to work is now in the possession of the State Department, she said.
According to a document provided by Clinton aides, her personal account once contained 62,320 emails that were sent and received between March 2009 and February 2013, when she left Obamas Cabinet.
Of those emails, Clintons team determined that 30,490 were work related. Those records were provided to the State Department two months ago; the other 31,830 were apparently deleted.
Secretary Clinton chose not to keep her private, personal emails that were not federal records, the document states.
Anything with the words Benghazi 9/11 in it was personal.
But make no mistake, this is Stalin Vs. Trotsky, 2015 Version.
In fact, an editorial will soon come on this topic from me.
And he has to say this, because he knows there has been a security breach and to admit it now would hurt Hillary’s right to a fair trial. Once an indictment has been sought, then the information will come out
Make sure you include the methodology used to send the Trotster to his reward.
I’ll bet they’re not.
Oh, they’re interested all right. Either way this breaks, it’s good news. If they get Hillary hammered, good news. If they prove they can get away with it too, good news. Believe me, they are very, very interested.
They’ll wait until they hear about them on the news.
The Obama White House would like as much of their activity destroyed as possible
No doubt several thousand of those emails were the Sec. Of State money grubbing from tMiddle Eastern countries, so why should Obama be interested in that. He gets his stash from the same places.
This formulation has been done to death with the Obamaites.
Obviously they are hoping that saying (or claiming) they don't know will be interpreted by lazy minds to mean that it didn't happen.
I’m sure the WH is feigning disinterest while at the same time getting assurance from Hildabeast that specific emails have disappeared.
Of course not. I’m sure they are concerned with the ones that haven’t been deleted.

“State Department employees did not receive proper training and guidance on rules requiring the preservation of emails for the official record, according to the department’s inspector general.
In a report released Wednesday, the inspector general found that of the one billion emails sent in 2011, only 61,156 were preserved. That number dropped to 41,749 in 2013.
The report, conducted in early 2014, found that some employees do not retain emails because “they do not want to make the email available in searches or fear that this availability would inhibit debate about pending decisions,” according to the report......”
If 0bama cared even a smidgeon about national security he would have already ordered AG Holder to seize her server and investigate every electron of its contents.
There’s Josh Earnest joshing the people again and showing the importance of being earnest while lying through his teeth for his boss, an earnest serial liar. He shows how far a would-be carnival trickster or snake-oil salesman can go with a name like Josh Earnest.
