Hillary Just Recused Herself

Hillary’s press conference showed We the People there will never be a safe way for Hillary to become President. She said she had a private server in her private home thinking she had some degree of privacy by doing so. But Hillary there’s one thing you didn’t think of. Doing government business on a separate private server in your home was a national security risk. Didn’t you understand that?

We can comfortably conclude that, at a bare minimum, the Chinese and Russians have everything that was; repeat was, on your private server. I know you, in the middle of an investigation, deleted your private emails that you saw fit to delete, but what about all the government related, rather, Secretary of State related emails that were on the server? You deciding which emails to delete, given you role as Secretary of State, was way out of line. No arbiter? You know that’s not how it works. You also said today there were no security breaches. Hello? How can you competently say that? How do you know? Did the NSA tell you? The Chinese and Russians aren’t the only ones we can comfortably say have exact copies of your hard drive. What about North Korea? What about Iran? What about any of a number of super geek hackers?

As we know, people in the beltway love to leak. Your people that set this up had to have mentioned to someone, anyone, that you had your own private server at home. This only further put us all at risk.

How dare you expose our top secret and code black information for the world to see. What were you thinking? We know you had a private server in your home to hide things, that’s a given. We remember when you downloaded the FBI files during the Clinton administration to be used against political enemies. So we do not trust what’s on that server at all. Regardless of what you were thinking, it is the consensus of We the People, that you now will have to recuse yourself from running for President. The possibility of you getting blackmailed about a National security issue or some juicy personal tidbit by a foreign government causes automatic recusal. We can’t take that risk.

And no Hillary, your server will not remain private. Because of these national security and potential blackmail concerns, We the People expect tomorrow, no not the next day, tomorrow that the FBI will requisition said private server for immediate in depth evaluation to determine the extent of the damage to our national security. We the People also expect Congressman Trey Gowdy to subpoena the private server to determine what emails were sent (or not sent - could he reach you in the final hours?) during the Benghazi tragedy and cover-up.

Hillary if you refuse to recuse yourself and announce in April that you will be running, then We the People will petition the Federal Election Commission to form a Special Select Committee to investigate and determine to what degree the material on your private server preclude your running for office.

Hackers, probing Clinton server, cite security lapses

The findings call into question Clinton’s confident declaration, at a hastily arranged news conference in New York on Tuesday, that “there were no security breaches” in her use of a private server. One prominent figure in the hacker community, bolstered by long experience in the U.S. intelligence community, has undertaken to build a virtual “replica” of Clinton’s server configuration in a cyberlab, and has begun testing it with tools designed to probe security defenses."

". . Clinton’s stern insistence at her news conference that her server “will remain private” would appear to rest, then, at least in part, on the inviolability of Internap.

Now, working with publicly available tools that map network connectivity, experts have established that the last “hop” before the mail server’s Internet Protocol, or IP, address (listed as 64.94.172.146) is Internap’s aggregator in Manhattan (listed as 216.52.95.10).

“This is a very strong indication that the clintonemail.com server is in Manhattan,” the source told Fox News.

By entering the IP address for the Internap aggregator into existing databases, the experts obtained the exact geolocation coordinates for the aggregator – revealed to be on lower Broadway, at the intersection with Chambers Street, some two blocks north of City Hall. This in turn suggests that the Clinton server itself lies within close proximity – most likely former President Clinton’s Harlem office, and not as far away as the Clintons’ home in Chappaqua, N.Y.

That outside experts could so swiftly unearth such information left them convinced that the server remains, as presently configured, highly “vulnerable” to unauthorized intrusion – even if, as most observers suspect, the server, with so much publicity now attendant on it, is no longer in active use. The hackers further concluded that Clinton’s email operation was likely not much better secured when she was secretary of state.

This yielded the discovery, sources told Fox News, that the Clintons have not been using the latest version of Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) to send and receive emails. The most recent version of OWA is listed as 14.3.224.2, whereas tests show clintonemail.com to be using the older 14.2.390.1.

“[It’s] an indication they’re not keeping up with software upgrades,” one hacker told Fox News. “If I were a bad guy, I'd start looking for any vulnerabilities in that older version they're using.” Work on the “replica” of the Clinton system also determined that the certificate for its TLS, or Transport Layer Security, is invalid – a lapse that “makes the site less secure,” the source said. A screen-grab provided to Fox News and shown here, illustrating the results of this test, showed the word “FAIL” appearing twice in a multifaceted stress-test for the security defenses of clintonemail.com. Perhaps most concerning, private analysts determined that clintonemail.com has been running an

older model of Microsoft Internet Information Services, or IIS – specifically version 7.5, which has been documented to leave users exposed on multiple fronts. The website CVEDetails.com, which bills itself as “the ultimate security vulnerability datasource,” is awash with descriptions of serious security vulnerabilities associated with version 7.5, including “memory corruption,” “password disclosure vulnerability,” and the enabling of “remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service.” The cyberlab technician who discovered the Clintons’ use of version 7.5 marveled at “the vulnerabilities the Clintons are ignoring” in an email to Fox News. “This is a big deal and just the thing real-world hackers look for in a target and will exploit to the max,” the source said.

“Several of these vulnerabilities have been known since 2010 and yet HRC is running official State comms through it."

I rest my case. It's a given the Chinese and Russians have an exact copy of all data on her server.

Therefore, in the name of national security, she cannot entertain the thought of running for President of the United States. The blackmail and bribery risks are there and disqualifying.

Michael Morell: Foreign governments have Hillary's email

"Former Deputy CIA Director Michael Morell said that he believes some foreign intelligence agencies possess the contents of Hillary Clinton’s private email server."

"I think that foreign intelligence services, the good ones, have everything on any unclassified network that the government uses," Morell said Friday in an interview on the Hugh Hewitt Show."

So will Hillary Now recuse herself?
