I know jail or prison sounds terrible and for most men it is. However, female prison is a bit different and might get her attention, she definitely needs intervention.
Well I won’t pretend to have any answers but if your goal is keep her alive and out of jail, adding “homeless” to her list of problems seems to me like the last thing you’d want to do.
