In the frenzy of the aftermath of the 9-11 attacks, George Bush made his country proud.
In the aftermath of what some call France's 9-11, Barack Obama hid.
Twitchy noted Obama's absence:
Barack Obama sent three representatives to the funeral of Michael Brown. He sent a pathetic fundraiser to France.
In the aftermath of 9-11, French President Jacques Chirac was the first outside head of state to visit the US.
Obama couldn't be bothered with France. He hid.

"hello, I'm going to be at the bag convention this weekend, please be sure to stop by and say 'hi.' I'll be at the douche exhibit." *
Intil then, fears were growing about going to malls, parks, sports events. But when people saw the President fearlessly entering the sports field alone the fear began to vanish. It was a turning point.
God bless George W. His main focus was to keep us safe.
As much as he blew much of his presidency, I swear the 6 months after 9/11 were some of the best I’ve had as an American, and he was a huge reason for it.
Simple, humble, and determined. His character during that time just brightened everyone’s mood.
Too bad those are now the good old days.
GWB is a good man.
He wasn’t a good conservative, but I believe he is a good man.
Those who committed these acts have nothing to do with the Muslim religion.
President Hollande’s statement after the Charlie Hebdo slaughter and the Kosher grocery siege.

I would not have gone to France either. If their head Surrender Monkey does not know his enemy when it strikes so obvious a blow; then really? What’s the point?
I still regard him in that light. He didn't let up on offense till the day he left office. He still continues to support the troops.
In the 6 months after 9/11 Bush signed the Patriot Act and created the TSA.
2 of the most damaging disasters that ever harmed our nation.
First of all, any French or European citizen criticizing Obama for not showing needs to stfu. This is the leader of the free world THEY wanted. So deal with it.
Second, if GWB was president, the rallies would have been blaming him and his policies for what happened in Paris.
Yes, Bush would’ve gone. But he didn’t pledge to stand with Muslims like Obama did.
Dubya is a good man. His biggest fault was him (and Rove’s) unwillingness to defend himself and the GOP, and we are still recovering from those effects today.
BS! It was Bush’s fault Obama didn’t go. sarc
that;s because President Bush was a class act and a gentleman who was more concerned about OTHERS than he was with himself-
On another note- our new ‘dear leader’ has told everyone they should take htem oney they are saving at the pumps and buy more fuel efficient cars- to which I replied
why not pass OBAMA-CAR? Just Force people to buy fuel efficient cars- government takeover of auto dealerships- I’m sure the traitor john Roberts In the supreme court will back you up- ga-head- just enforce Obama-CAR- on everyone-
At least Bush put forth a half-a$$ed effort to do his job. Zero only cares about his next tea-time and how many days until his next vacation.
Golf, another sport I can’t bring myself to play anymore. Thanks, 0, ya purple-lipped pantywaist loser.
I never thought I would respect the French government more than my own. Way to make history, 0.
