remember all the odd agencies buying weapons? that’s where they’ve come from to give to these types of groups. they just put the money under a bunch of different places for layering (ie think money laundering) but those places were never the final destination for the guns and ammo that were bought.
Oh I’m sure there are a few agitators from the Alphabet agencies among that group ;)
